I'll bet on the computer

I didn’t watch Jeopardy yesterday, but I suspect that one human would have a better chance against two computers than two humans would have against one computer. Actually, I think that having IBM's Watson palying one game against Brad Rutter and one against Ken Jennings would be a better test than having the computer play two games against both. I'll expalin why after today's match.

Comments:
Watson does buzz in before the answer is formulated which is similar to how humans respond, but is also unfair in this type of competition as this is a game of mental prowess and not reflex speed. So Watson should not be able to buzz until after it formulates the response to be more fair. Mean it would still win, but perhaps not by as much.

I haven't had a chance to follow up on the post like I meant to Tuesday or Wednesday night, but that was going to be one of my main points. It actually reminded me of a game between humans in that most blowouts are a matter of one contestant having much better timing on the buzzer than the other two to a much greater extent than they reflect one contestant knowing more.

Watson's ability to understand the questions might have been a major step forward in computer programming or AI, but the match didn't show me much.

it got me to watch the show for the series .. must see tv .. that most important (hits) ... & offT onSite, interesting takes on BPic items

This could be a problem with my internet browser because I’ve had this happen before. Thank you 무료야설

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me.
